How much would you pay for a homemade arrow?
I just made a couple of arrows to sell to some of my hunting friends they are always complaining about how fast money seems to go out the door when they buy some arrows from Walmart or any other hunting store. Can you please name a price range that would seem acceptable, they are made out of wood by the way.
They are $30 for a 6-pack of carbon arrows. For reference.
I used to buy my arrows from Wal-Mart but I didn't get that home-made touch. A friend of mine gave me one of their home-made arrows once and since then I can't get enough of them. They fly much truer than manufactured arrows that are made out of plastic or whatever. That they are made out of wood increases their value tenfold, at least, because you can light them on fire and shoot them onto your enemies roofs or into their barns, easily destroying their property. It can also cause splintering, leading to more pain for the victim of your bow. So I would say definitely try to get at least $20-$25 per arrow. You put a lot of hard work into making the arrows so you should get fair value out of them.
