First you should do a little research Bumper stickers were popular years ago but people don't want to stick things on a car that costs them $30,000. or more. Novelty companies are the primary manufacturers of those types of things but you can get them printed at any large printing firm. then you would need to find stores that would sell them. Check to see what the market is regarding bumper stickers.. are they popular? do they sell well?? what do they cost and what does it cost to make them, ship them etc. you may find that you won't make as much money as you think.. Look into other products that your slogans can be put on too like notebooks, key chains, rulers, shoe laces, fridge magnets novelty items etc. also t-shirts, and baseball caps. make sure there are customers before you produce anything..
